Enjoy a themed tea party at your provided venue with catering options provided by Sephora's Kitchen. Adult tea parties include 9 ft long solid pine tables that are paired with premium quality chairs for a boutique experience that combines style and comfort. Tables are adorned with tea sets, tableware and themed-décor to include a mix of vintage and new pieces and unique, handmade florals.

Tea parties are designed for intimate gatherings, with the option to accommodate more guests for an additional fee. Your final guest count and selections will be finalized ten (10) days prior to your party.

Choose from gourmet sandwiches including cucumber, chicken salad or egg salad sandwiches, antipasto squares, mini charcuterie bites, mini fruit tarts or assorted dessert bites, hummus with veggie dippers, mini meatballs or pigs in a blanket, fruit tarts and pastries, cold salads and antipasto platters, or warm dishes such as chicken fingers, deviled eggs or baked bites. Also offering fresh lemonade with mint garnish and fruit-infused teas.

What are your payment terms:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable down-payment of 25% is required. Your final guest count and an additional 25% payment is due ten (10) days before your event. The remaining 50% is due the day of your party.

If I order catering with Sephora's Kitchen, do I need to pay a separate deposit or down-payment:

No, your 25% non-refundable down payment will cover the catering down payment if you are adding food from Sephora's Kitchen.

What forms of payment do you accept:

We accept Venmo and Zelle. Credit and Debit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

Do you charge sales tax:

Tax is included in all pricing. Gratuity is not included.

What is your cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel your event, we will gladly reschedule for another date within 3 months of the original party date. Late cancellations may lead to partial or complete forfeiture of the non-refundable down payment.

What areas do you serve:

We serve much of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Can my tea party be set up in a HOA Clubhouse:

Yes! We will arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to your scheduled party time to set up. HOA Clubhouses are typically an inexpensive and popular option. We will set up in a private residence, church, place of business or almost any party venue. Contact us if you If you need help locating a venue in your area. (You are responsible for booking and paying for your venue. Confirmation of your venue reservation may be required.)

How much space do you need to set up my tea party:

The amount of space needed depends on multiple factors including the size of your tea party, the size and shape of tables, and if catering, espresso bar or buffet options are selected. When space permits, we provide 9 ft solid pine tables for Adult parties. Children's parties may include a 6 ft table, changing room (4x4 ft), standing mirror, Storytime carpet (8x12 ft), props or a rabbit hutch (40x30 in), and additional elements including an optional treat or buffet table. Please contact us for more information.

What do I need to provide:

You will provide the venue space or space in your home, access to electricity, a sink with running water, and any gifts for game winners. If you are not ordering catering with Sephora's Kitchen, you will need to provide food and any additional beverages, including drinking water. (We provide trash bags.)

I am hosting a tea party in my home. Can I use my own dining table:

While we provide complimentary tables and chairs for your tea party, we can decorate your existing table, if you prefer. Please contact us to confirm the size and shape of your table and how we may customize your tea party set up.

What type of tea do you serve:

Tea options include organic, loose leaf Black Tea (Lemon Black Tea, Earl Grey and Chai), Herbal Tea (Lavender Chamomile), Green Teas, and Specialty Teas of various flavors depending on the season.

Do you serve alcohol:

We do not sell or serve alcohol. However, should you provide alcohol for your party, separate and apart from our services, we can provide your choice of stemware for no additional fees.

How do the mystery party games work:

If you choose a Mystery Party Game, 10 days before your party you will receive Suspect Files and Guides by email. You will select eight (8) guests to act as suspects during your tea party. It is highly recommended that you email your selected guests their individual suspect guides so that they can familiarize themselves with the rules of the game and the role they will play in advance of your tea party. You can opt to play one of the suspects yourself, or act as an investigator at your tea party. Additional tea party guests beyond the eight suspects may act as investigators to solve the mystery!
