Adult Experience

$200

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your payment terms:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required. Your final guest count and an additional 25% payment is due ten (10) days before your event. The remaining 50% is due the day of your party.

If I order catering with Sephora's Kitchen, do I need to pay a separate deposit or down-payment:

No, your 25% non-refundable down payment is all that is needed to add food catering from Sephora's Kitchen with no additional deposit charged for your catering order.

​Security Deposits

A refundable security deposit of $100 - $500 will be charged for adult experiences in addition to the non-refundable reservation deposit of 25%. The security deposit is fully refunded within 48-72 hours if items are returned in good condition.

What forms of payment do you accept:

We accept Venmo and Zelle. Credit and Debit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

Do you charge sales tax:

Tax is included in all pricing. Gratuity is not included.

​​​What is your cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel your event, we will gladly reschedule for another date within 3 months of the original party date. Late cancellations may lead to partial or complete forfeiture of the non-refundable reservation deposit.

A Time for Tea offers mobile tea party services and catering across Arizona, perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, and more. We serve much of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Can my tea party be set up in a HOA Clubhouse:

Yes! We will arrive up to 1 1/2 hours prior to your scheduled party time to set up. HOA Clubhouses are typically an inexpensive and popular option. We will set up in a private residence, church, place of business or almost any party venue. Contact us if you If you need help locating a venue in your area. (You are responsible for booking and paying for your venue. Confirmation of your venue reservation may be required.)

 

How much space do you need to set up my tea party:

The amount of space needed depends on multiple factors including the size of your tea party, the size and shape of tables, and if catering, or buffet options are selected. We provide optional 9 ft solid pine tables for Adult parties, for an additional fee . Children's parties may include a 6 ft table, changing room (4x4 ft), standing mirror, Storytime carpet (8x12 ft), an 8-10 ft photo backdrop, and additional elements. What do I need to provide:

You will provide the venue space or space in your home, and any gifts for game winners if you so choose. If you are not ordering catering with Sephora's Kitchen, you will need to provide food, tea and beverages for adult parties, including drinking water.
