By accessing the Site or making a purchase/booking, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. All content, designs, photos, and materials are owned by A Time For Tea or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

Bookings and Orders

  • Bookings for mobile tea party services and product orders create a binding agreement.

  • Prices are as listed; we reserve the right to correct errors.

  • Payment is required at checkout and processed securely.

  • We may cancel bookings/orders due to availability, errors, or other reasonable reasons (with refund if applicable).

  • Mobile tea party services are provided at the agreed location/date/time within our service area (primarily Arizona; contact us for details).

  • Products are handmade/custom and may have slight variations.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery/shipment.
